How can I can cancel or return my order? Will I receive a full refund?
- You can cancel or change an order up to 12 hours of placing the order. If you would like to cancel your order then
sunnybunnyswim@gmail.com or DM us your order number and name and we will cancel your order for you. You will receive a full refund if you canceled your order. Please note that any changes to your order may take a couple days before it is updated to your Credit Card.
All Sales Are Final
Unfortunately due to Sanitary Concerns and some state laws we cannot accept returns.
Under rare circumstances we MAY offer store credit or a coupon code in LUI, but that is solely up to Sunny Bunny Swim's discretion depending on the circumstances.

How can I track my order?
-If you do not receive a tracking number you may email us
sunnybunnyswim@gmail.com to receive a USPS tracking number.
Can I make changes to my order such as address change or a color/size change?
- Yes, if you contact us in the first 12 hours after you placed an order. If you contact us after this time period then you will have to go through USPS for an address change only.
How long is processing and shipping time?
- Processing your order takes about 3-5 business days, and shipping takes approximately 2-4 weeks. In most cases your order should get to you in about 2 weeks.
Please note that certain sale items may take longer to process and/or ship due to the volume of orders we may receive.
